Fundraising Schedule

Year-Long Fundraising

  • Donations & Sponsorships - This is the most efficient way to give to PCY PTA, as there are no expenses associated with fundraising activities!
  • Corporate-Matching Programs - Please take advantage of your company's generous benefit.
  • Passive Fundraising - Now, you can Shop to Donate!!  No work for you + free money for PCY PTA! Includes: Ralphs, AmazonSmile, Box Tops, eScrip & Office Depot.
  • Dine-Out Nights - Local restaurants give a portion of proceeds back to PCY PTA on scheduled nights.
  • Party Book - Attend a party for a fee, and all proceeds go directly back to the PCY PTA.

August 

  • Cougar Wear - Show your PCY spirit!
  • Back-to-School Picnic - A "Fun"-raiser including dinner & a movie to celebrate the new school year.

September 

  • Gift Wrap - Purchase a variety of products online and have them shipped directly to your home. A portion of proceeds benefits PCY PTA.

October

  • PCY Country Fair  - PCY PTA's BIGGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR! Tickets go on sale in September.

November 

  • Book Fair - Scholastic Book Fairs donates 25% of the proceeds to the PCY PTA. Do your holiday shopping!

March

  • Summer Camp Auction - Bid in an online silent auction for a wide variety of local summer camps.  All proceeds go to PCY PTA

April

  • School Supply Boxes - Convenient way to gather school supplies AND support PCY PTA.
